Accepting The Value of YOur Energy

Energy is the essence of all things. Everything, everything, everything is an energetic creation. When we allow ourselves a deeper awareness of energy and the multitude of ways that it not only affects, but shapes our experience, we are put ourselves in the drivers seat of our experience in a way we had never considered possible.

When we begin to realize and accept that we ourselves our energetic beings that create our entire life through a series of energy exchanges, we can begin to get curious about this. Through this curiosity we can begin to consciously notice these exchanges. It's then through this awareness, we are empowered to decide if these exchanges are serving us or if change is required.

If change is required we now have the power to make the conscious choice of what that change looks like and how we can begin to implement it. When we have reached this stage we are now in control, at least at the beginners level, of how we are spending our energy and what energy we are choosing to absorb from our environments and relationships.

Our energy is who we are, it creates all that we experience. When we begin to accept, understand and take responsibility for our most valuable asset, everything returns to flow!!
